Mom Gibson and Grammy each get in on the action feeding Sterling and Ella. Feedings go a lot faster when there are two sets of hands. We’ve been staying with Mom Gibson and Grammy while the house has been tossed upside down during the move, so every morning Sterling has taken his breakfast with Mom. He thinks she’s quite the chef du jour!
We had to make an important outing in Florence (well, technically Tuscumbia) before we could leave town. We went to The Palace pharmacy and soda shoppe today for banana splits and milkshakes. It’s a historical landmark in town and one I’ve never made it to The Palace, so I was really glad to check that off my “things to do” list. The kids even got a first bite of ice cream, which they vehemently disagreed with. I think they were shocked by the cold factor.
I guess this face says just about all there is to be said about ice cream. I'm sure they'll come to love it soon enough.
