Ella defines “bed head.” Her hair is getting longer and she’s been waking up with some crazy hair styles lately!

So, can anyone tell me how to use my washing machine? We’re having difficulty figuring this appliance out. Our clothes are getting washed, but I very strongly believe we’re doing something wrong here. It’s taking 4 hours to complete one wash cycle (I sincerely wish I were kidding)!
Can you pick out what doesn’t make sense about this picture? With all the writing in Hangul, wouldn’t you expect the LCD display to read in Hangul also? But nope, it very clearly reads “Hot” in English. Seriously, this washing machine has me absolutely dumbfounded.

Ella has learned to drink out of a straw. Actually, I was really surprised to see her master this new trick. When we were at the E-Mart yesterday, I was searching for some soy milk for the kids. One of the ladies working there opened a package of juice boxes that were filled with soy milk and offered it to Ella to sample. I was a little apprehensive, as I had never given her a straw to drink out of. But she surprised me! She just knew how to do it. Of course, she was so excited to drink out of the straw that she kept sipping long after her mouth was full causing lots of dribbles. Today she has really got this new way of drinking down and she is quite proficient at it with no dribbles at all!

After lunch today Ella went to work with Daddy. With this little girl running the US forces in the Republic of Korea (ROK), North Korea’s Kim Jong-il better stay on the straight and narrow. She’s such a curious little girl she’s liable to push the wrong button and start a world wide catastrophe! Michael enjoyed showing of his daughter, and promised Sterling could go next time. His reasoning for not taking them both? He couldn’t handle BOTH of them on his own! Hum, seems to me that Mommy has been handling them both on her own for months now.
