Can you guess what kind of fruit this is? It's round like an apple, but it's a pear. I wish there was a scratch and sniff option on computers- this pear is unbelievable! It's a traditional Korean pear. I'm not positive, but it may be the national fruit. They are so good. I don't even like pears, but I'm hooked on these. They're sweet and juicy and crunchy. Harry and David's doesn't even begin to compare! Seriously. The kids love them too. I've been putting slices in their little mesh feeders, and they both go bonkers. I might have to find out what the custom's rules are on shipping fruit back to the states so we can share this deliciousness with everyone.

Ella got caught with her hand in the cookie jar, or more precisely, the cookie box today. I was trying to clean up, and sticking my head in every few minutes to check on the kids. When I popped back in this time, Ella had found the box of Gerber banana cookies and was working very hard to open the packaging. That girl...tisk, tisk.

Well, it's a far cry from the Colonel Sander's delicious southern fried recipe, but it's tasty in it's own way. We had Kyo Chon chicken for dinner tonight. Michael has been talking about Kyo Chon since we arrived, and now I understand why. It's these tasty little chicken pieces, fried like fried chicken, but using sesame oil and soy sauce. It's Asia's KFC! Another yummy find!

Okay, we've been spending a little bit too much time at E-Mart. It seems like everyday we think of something else we need from there. It's pitiful; we're starting to recognize employees! It's just such a convenient store. Seriously, there isn't a thing they don't sell. Pathetic, I know.
