Grandmother came over from Alabama to see her grandbabies one more time today. As always, Grandmother is the name and spoiling is the game. She brought Ella this big bow- no more bitty bows for this big girl! We had a lovely afternoon visiting with Grandmother- we can’t even begin to express how much we’re going to miss her. It was hard to say goodbye for everyone, but we’re looking forward to returning for a visit this September.
Is this not the cutest and funniest little swimsuit you’ve ever seen?! It reminds me of the suit my Grandpa used to wear to the pool. It was so cute we just had to try it on, even if it is only February! Sterling will definitely be wearing his new swimsuit from Grandmother this summer when we visit Borneo….. or maybe Thailand; not sure where yet. Wherever we go for vacation, Sterling will be a sight in this cute bathing suit!
Well, her sticker says “Georgia Voter,” but she may be a bit young to vote in this election. But if Ellabella DID have a vote, she’d cast her ballot for Lorraine Green! She’s a good friend who’s running for office in Gwinnett County. We’re certain she will have no problem as Chairman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. And we should know- Bella and Sterling have put her to the test! This past August when Grand-Mère received her new liver, Lorraine was “on call,” to come stay with the babies as soon as we received the fateful phone call. So, in the middle of the night (somewhere around 2am), wonderful Lorraine came rushing over to watch 2 jet lagged 5-month-old twins. She’s truly one of our heroes, and if she can manage caring for these two monkeys, leading 800,000 citizens will be a cakewalk!
