March 23- Daddy's first Easter

Since Michael missed the babies' first Easter last year (and nearly missed it this year), this is Daddy's first Easter. So, here's Daddy and his little Easter egg Ella. We wish you all, our friends and family, a happy and blessed Easter full of love and baby kisses (sent via the internet).
Better than the Easter bunny or even a Ninja Turtle. Nothing beats having Daddy for Easter!
I have to explain why this little outfit is so special. The night before the babies were born Michael and I went out and bought a few last minute items for the babies. Since he had been in Korea for most of the pregnancy, he hadn't had the fun of picking out those oh so tiny baby clothes. So, the night before their birth, he picked out this little blazer, shirt and jeans for his yet to be born son. It was so much fun to see our little guy in this outfit for the first time today!
This is Ella's new thing today. Yesterday the neighborhood kids came by (along with the nanny) and took Ella and Sterling to play in their wagon. They must've been playing "cac-coo" (Korean peek-a-boo) because since they brought the kids home Ella has been playing peek-a-boo like crazy. They've both always gotten great thrills out of watching Mommy play pee-a-boo, but it's double the fun being able to play back. So, cac-coo, Ella!

Michael's co-worker and her darling teenage daughter came over this afternoon. Mrs. Yu wants her daughter to spend time with us so she is forced to practice her English. She speaks much better English than I speak Hangul! It's really a great set up. She teaches me Hangul and I converse with her in English. She even brought me a book today on learning Hangul. All I can say is I have my work cut out for me.
Along with Michael's co-worker and her daughter, a few of the neighborhood kids stopped by to play with the babies and eat some Easter cake. Yes, I must be crazy, I made Grandma's chocolate cake...again.
Once upon a time I loved to wear a Bjorn baby carrier. Now, that we're in Korea it's out with the Bjorn and in with the traditional Korean wrap. Today Mrs. Yu brought me this carrier as a gift. This is what Sterling was riding it last week. I'm not sure I'm ready for this or not. We may just leave it out for the nanny...I'm still pretty fond of the sleek Bjorn carrier.
