Sterling and I got up to watch the sunrise- very pretty. But the funniest thing was when a flock of birds flew by right at the level of the deck and really excited Sterling. He just squealed and smiled at them.
Battle scar
I'm sure you've noticed Sterling's scratch on his face in other pictures. It looks like a billboard for neglected children! And everyone has to comment on it. Yes, I know I've failed my son. I didn't keep his nails trimmed, and he scratched himself. Obviously I won't be winning the "Mommy of the Year" award.
Ella woke up to join Sterling and I in enjoying the early morning sunshine.
Sterling's ready to go do some sight seeing in Gatlinburg with Mom and Grammy.
Ella is just starting to get really bad stranger anxiety but luckily she was still happy to see her Grammy.
