Yet another trip to Taegu. This time we made the trip to Camp Walker to see Michael’s friend and former co-worker, Chief Hanes, get promoted. Michael and Ella attended the promotion ceremony, while Sterling and I spent the entire time in the hall. Lets just say he was a little less than thrilled to sit through the ceremony, and was making everyone very aware of his dislikes. So, in order to not ruin what was an otherwise very nice ceremony, Sterling and I walked up and down the halls, peeking in on occasion. Of course, as soon as I tried to discreetly sneak us back into the room where the promotion was happening, he would begin screaming loudly again, and back out we’d go. I did eventually just give up. Congratulations to Chief Hanes!
