April 30- May I pick your collective brains?

One of my very favorite neighbor children is Heather...that's her "English" name. She's just such a sweet little girl, and she's at that age where she's just obsessed with the babies. Any spare moment she finds, which isn't much between school, piano practice, and the 4 additional English courses she takes every afternoon (!)... she finds her way to our doorstep wanting to see Ella and Sterling. She's 10-years-old, and like most 10-year-old girls, she just loves holding babies. Actually, in some ways, she's more like a 10-year-old than an American 10-year-old. Koreans don't watch huge amounts of television, and children's days are spent mostly studying and practicing. Whatever spare time children are left with is usually spent playing outdoors. So, she's not inundated with television, and pop culture. It's a bit idealic when you consider most 10-year-olds now have iPods playing Hannah Montana, cell phones, and personal web pages. I hazard to say she'd be a minority in the states with her pink Disney princess t-shirts.
Anyhow, Heather's 11th birthday is July 2nd (good day for a birthday, huh Maddox?). She wants Ella and Sterling to come to her birthday party. I'd like to order her a gift from the states. Something fun, something special, something that you couldn't necessarily buy here (so that leaves the door wide open). Like I said, she takes 4 English courses a day, so her English is probably on par with most American born English speakers, so the language is no barrier. I know Hannah Montana is popular with the younger girls now, but I doubt she'd even know who that was. So, surely, someone out there has to have a good gift idea. I know it's bad to pick "favorites" but this really is one of my favorite little children here, so I'd really like for Ella and Sterling to get her something special for her birthday. Please help me with ideas!
