Tonight we were the guests at the Mattes household for a delicious home cooked meal. We had “comfort food.” Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, salad and apple crisp for dessert. Yum! Very simple, but equally delicious. Sometimes comfort food is the best cuisine of all. We had such a great time seeing Jenny, “cousin” Landon, and his Nana and Papa (Marty and Joe). The babies were a little off their schedule, and therefore weren’t the picturesque angles they usually are (LOL), so we can only hope that we’ll be invited back again for another lovely meal with such great conversation. Thank you again so much, Marty and Joe!
P.S. I know this is yet another picture of Sterling with no pants on. He's going through a phase!
