The bionic woman lives!

The news just keeps getting better! Mom has made it through surgery in a shockingly short amount of time. She is already being settled into the ICU this very minute. Even the surgeons were impressed with how fast the surgery went. It was like all the cards just fell into the right place. The first two weeks are the most critical time for a transplant patient, waiting to see if their body accepts the donated organ. We can't help but feel really optimistic that she will be just fine since everything has gone so perfectly and with out a hitch thus far. I can't begin to tell you how much all your prayers have meant to Mom, Jennifer, Billy and me. Hoping to keep posting the good news.....
