May 6- Diva or disaster?

Today the kids and I made the trip to Osan Airforce base. Michael needed some fertilizer and weed killer for his garden. I have no green thumb, but don’t those two things seem at odds with each other? The kids and I didn’t have anything on the agenda, so I figured why not? A 2-hour drive and some time out in public would be nice. Of course, had I known they wouldn’t have any fertilizer at Osan and I’d then be making the hour drive to Yongsan before driving home from Seoul in rush hour traffic, I might have passed on this little trip. It was a long day. Good thing these kiddos are such little troopers. Before we left home Ella must’ve had a premonition about what was to come. Before she’d get in the car she had to locate her purse, jewelry and sunglasses. Such a fashion diva! Or maybe she’s just a fashion disaster.
Sterling wasn’t allowed to leave until he had his sunglasses on too, per his sister’s direction.
The only good thing to come of this very long day was the trip to Yongsan meant I could take advantage of the beautiful garden at the Dragon Hill lodge. I finally got some pretty spring pictures of the kids. Enjoy!

The only truly good thing about today for Ella and Sterling was getting to play on all the different playgrounds at Osan and Yongsan. The played their way across Korea today!
Thank Heaven for these playgrounds! Both babies played themselves ragged and slept peacefully in the car.
Does a cuter boy exist? Yes, I know I’m probably a little bias. I make no apologies!
