Can you believe that as much as I love reading this is the first time the kids have ever been to a library? Crazy, I know. I blame it on lack of access. We don’t exactly have a library full of children’s books on our installation. Today, while Michael spent 7 hours at the hospital on Yongsan diagnosing his stomach troubles, the kids and I had lots of time to kill. After puttering around base all morning we made our way to the library. Needless to say, they were both pretty thrilled with the shelves full of books they’d never seen before. Sterling was particularly fond of every plane, train, or boat book he could find. What can I say? He’s just naturally drawn to all modes of travel.
