What fun it is to color all over the deck! I’ve had to assure Michael that yes; chalk will in fact wash off the deck. He was worried about their artwork being permanent!
Ella has a fun new game she likes to play. She makes a mark then looks at you and expects you to say, “what’s that?” Then she’ll tell you…puppy, kitty, book, ball, monkey, star, etc. I love watching her use her imagination to decide what she’s drawn! But heaven forbid you ask her “is that a kitten?” No! Hello, can’t you tell that squiggle mark is a cow? Stick to the rules mom, “what’s that?” is the only question you’re allowed to ask.
