August 2009

A review of the rest of August 2009. We came back from Korea to our new house. Yes, we're home owners now! We bought this quaint old house in Florence, Alabama where we hope to settle after Michael's career in the Army is over. I love it! It's charming, and I can see us raising the kids here.

The kids are also getting to know family and friends who they haven't seen in a year. Grand-mere is a particular favorite!





Playing with Maddox and Lucy has quickly become a favorite past time. It's so much fun to watch the four of them play together, and we look forward to many years of friendship with these honorary cousins.

We've also caught up on missed birthdays all around. I think Grand-mere just loves any excuse to spoil her two favorite grandchildren.


Oh, and Uncle Billy is a crowd pleaser, teaching the kids all sorts of naughty things. Thanks, Bill.
